Important... Please make sure you receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment. If you do not receive one text 508.985.8028 so that we can confirm that your booking was completed. Carefully check your confirmation that you have booked the correct date and time.

Please read carefully... SoCal Glow requires a credit card on file to hold all appointments. Any cancellation/reschedule less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charged to the card on file. No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Cancellation policies still apply to VIP Members. You may cancel or reschedule online through your confirmation email, the booksy.com link will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please make sure you receive a confirmation email of your changes.

Late Policy... If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment I may or may not be able to provide you service based on my schedule for that day. You may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Be Advised... Spray tans and sunburns do not mix! If you have suffered a sunburn within 6 weeks of your scheduled appointment you may want to cancel or reschedule as your spray tan results may not be favorable. If you decide at your appointment to cancel you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
